Are your buildings engineered and permit-ready?

Yes. Most Barn & Beam Co. buildings are engineered to meet local codes and load requirements. We can provide engineering plans for an additional cost and permitting approvals and fees are handled by the property owner. However, we can assist on getting you all documentation necessary to pass permitting.
What type of foundation is required?

Most buildings are installed on concrete slabs, though gravel pads and engineered alternatives may be suitable depending on the project. We’ll help you understand the requirements, so your foundation is properly prepared before installation.
Do you handle the concrete or foundation work?

No, Barn & Beam Co. does not offer concrete or foundation services.
In select areas, we can connect you with trusted local concrete contractors. We are happy to assist by providing foundation requirements and specifications needed for your building, but the concrete work itself is completed by others.
